5.2 Item Collection
- Items must be collected within 30 days of completion notification
- Storage fees may apply for items not collected within this timeframe
- Items left for more than 90 days may be disposed of at our discretion

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take utmost care in handling your garments, certain limitations apply:
- We cannot guarantee perfect results on all items, particularly those that are heavily damaged or of poor quality

- Color matching may not be exact due to fabric aging or dye variations
- We cannot be held responsible for shrinkage, color bleeding, or fabric deterioration due to age or poor quality
6.2 Liability Limits
- Our liability is limited to the replacement value of the garment or the cost of our services, whichever is lower
- Maximum liability per item is £500 unless a higher value is declared and accepted in writing
- We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or special damages
- Customers with high-value items should consider additional insurance
7. Risk and Insurance
Items left with us are covered by our business insurance for fire, theft, and accidental damage. However:
- Coverage is limited to the declared value of the item
- Customers should declare any items valued over £100

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
